3. Eligibility and Children’s Use

Children must not independently purchase paid products or provide payment information without authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns.

When you purchase a product through Paddle, the transaction is governed by Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, in addition to the terms governing your use of our products.

6. Product Access

After a successful purchase, access to the relevant product is provided according to the conditions described on its product page.

Access may depend on the type of purchase, such as a one-time purchase, a fixed access period or an active subscription.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for its intended educational purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the software or educational content.

7. Subscriptions

If we offer subscription-based products, the price, billing frequency, renewal conditions and cancellation options will be disclosed before purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Paddle are managed in accordance with Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms.

You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the link in your Paddle purchase confirmation or through Paddle’s customer portal at https://paddle.net.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewals. The treatment of the current billing period and any applicable refund rights is governed by the relevant purchase terms and Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Purchases processed by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

The Kaivenko platform, software, educational materials, exercises, illustrations, animations, audio, video, text, designs and other original content are owned by Kaivenko LLC or used under appropriate licenses.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or commercially exploit our software or educational content without prior written permission.

You may use purchased products for their intended personal educational purposes, subject to the applicable product license.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers or other systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Circumvent payment requirements or access restrictions.
• Redistribute paid content without authorization.
• Use automated systems to extract substantial amounts of content without our permission.

We may restrict or suspend access in response to a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

The purchase transaction between a buyer and Paddle is separately governed by Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms.
